Standard Merchandise
 

Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
 

Items must be:
 

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

• Returned with original packaging when possible
   

Pre-Order Items
 

Pre-order merchandise is produced specifically for each release.
 

Because of this:
 

• Pre-order sales are generally final.

• Refunds may only be issued before production begins.

• Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
   

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work to replace the item or provide another appropriate solution.
 

Non-Refundable Items
 

Unless required by law, refunds are not available for:
 

• Worn or washed merchandise

• Items damaged after delivery

• Clearance or final sale items

• Gift cards

• Digital products or downloadable content
   

Refund Processing
 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.
